On October 20, 2021 Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) continues the French Law Week devoted to the development of the law in a context of global socio-economic changes.
The third day of the French Law Week at MSAL began with a lecture of Ekaterina Vladykina, Professor of the Dual Diploma Program between University Toulouse 1 Capitole and Financial University of the Government of the Russian Federation, corporate lawyer, on the evolution of the concept of public policy in French private international law.
Constance Grivelet, lawyer, Clerk of the Court, former Head of the Child Welfare Program of the Department of Lo (France) explained to the participants development of the institute for the protection of children in France from 2002 to present.
Karine Bechet-Golovko, highlighted the issue of administrative justice and State responsibility, Doctor of Law, Chairman of the Franco-Russian Association of Lawyers Komitas-Gentium Russia - France, Visiting Professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University, highlighted the issue of administrative justice and state responsibility.
The school ended with a lecture by Bruno Rousel, Doctor of Law, Research Fellow at the Institute for International and Comparative European Law, University Toulouse 1 Capitole, "Collection and use of personal data for law enforcement purposes: the priority of public authorities in France".
